No. The public portal is fully open: anyone can browse meeting records, download documents, search the archive, and watch live or recorded broadcasts without signing up. Only your internal staff (admin users) need verified organizational email addresses to manage the portal.

All prices in USD. Card checkout is processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which applies any local sales tax, VAT or GST and issues a compliant invoice. Government and public-sector buyers: annual contracts are invoiced directly in USD with purchase-order references, net 30, by ACH, wire or check.
